It's rumoured an updated version of P5 is on the way.

Again, why? Sega/Atlus would have to explain the differences between the original and the supposedly improved version, and if it is due to Sony's policies, people would jump at their throats. This is not a niche VN or a small erogue, this is a game of the year contender with many stellar reviews and a massive achievement for the JRPG genre. Plus, Sega/Atlus won't buckle that easily, this is their star product after all. And even if that is true, I don't think Sony can enforce this kind of censorship parity, they have a lot to lose here as a platform holder.

This is a joke, right?
What Nintendo gets in return is all that DLC money for Persona fans who want to play as Joker in Smash. This is a paid character. It's not something Nintendo just threw in.

Maybe, but I figure that the profits of the release of Persona 5, a critically acclaimed game nominated for GOTY and heavily advertised in Smash (something that has turned obscure franchises into mainstay series in the past) is probably way more interesting for Sega/Atlus than just DLC money. Which they will also get, of course, but they are probably looking at the bigger picture here.

Look at Dead or Alive 3 Xtreme original ver and enhanced ver. We don't know if Sony won't ask Atlus to release P5/SMTV the same ver on all consoles

I will wait before making the conclusion about P5 come to Switch first, then pray for the best that Sony won't ask Atlus to touch SMTV on Switch if that really happen
