No, but it doesn't mean either that it wouldnt look or run at acceptibe state, you cant know that. It really depends from how good optimizations is and right calls regarding cut backs for Switch version. Using this game like example of anything is wrong, this games technicall mess and probably worst optimised game this gen and that points that Ard devs are very bad in their job.

That's score on PC. I got the game fairly a while ago since my younger one was annoying me to no end about it, I've never played it, but he really enjoyed it. Technically it's a mess, and you need good rig to run it without hickups (luckily, I have one), but even then it's clear how unoptimized it is.

If even on a very good rig the game is still on poor performance I think 70 is to much even if the game is fun. But well, since I haven't played perhaps 70 is deserved.
