As soon as the information came out, I pre-ordered the Nintendo Switch version.  Unless the visual fidelity is drastically different, I will be satisfied with a “slightly less good looking” version of an “awesome looking game”.  Most affordable online, Nintendo Switch.  Easiest to set up two player play, NS.  Only portable way to play, too.  When there’ll be over 32 million Nintendo Switch owners out there by the time the game comes out and it coming hot off the heels of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (5 months later), the fighting communityi will be ready for it, so the competition should thrive more than past fighting games on the platform.  If there is some inclusion of Link, Bowser, or Ganondorf...I’ll loose my mind and be ridiculously happy that I bought the Nintendo Switch version.

I see Mortal Kombat on the streets of Birkenhead every weekend; I can even control the characters by shouting "SMASH 'IM IN THE BOLLOX LAD" and so on

I doubt I will get the game as I have not been a fan of Netherealm stuff. However, if someone were to gift it to me (like Bayonetta 2 and 1), I would take it on Switch over PS4 or PC because I like supporting games coming to my preferred platform and Switch is, as of right now, my preferred platform.

Probably. But I need to see some gameplay before I decide (the only thing I care is if it's at least locked 30fps, because less than that makes it laggy and unfair in fighting games).

Depends on how optimized it is--these guys aren't known for their ability to adapt to new platforms. The Vita version of Mortal Kombat literally looks worse than a PSP game.

I don't do fighting games, but I might try MKX on game pass first. The trailer for MK11 was pretty bad ass, so it has my interest. If it goes on sale soon after launch (Not BFV or Tomb Raider soon) I would definitely buy it.

Maybe, I'll wait and see how it runs. If it's like db fighterz I'll definitely go for the switch version.

Not a huge fan of this type of fighting game, but I do somewhat enjoy them... so like FighterZ, I will buy it eventually to show my support as I highly appreciate the fact it is being put on the system. especially the same day as the other versions. I'll probably wait until it is $30.
