Month isnt over yet lol. But ps4 should win

Well, he means just the day Black Friday, and he’s likely not wrong. PS4 likely struggled to sell well on Cyber Monday because every single PS4 SKU has sold out before that.

There were PS4s available in-store at Target in Springfield VA on Monday.  I didn't look on Target.com though.  The catch is that all of the bundles were gone, as far as I could see.

There were a ton of Switch units in store (though no bundles, it seemed), and some XB1X units.  There was one single XB1S remaining at that point, bundled with NBA 2k.

That is terrific increase 117%, but confirms that PS4 won BF.

I was talking only about BF. That since Nintendo said how much they growed and that they broken records, still not said they won, then PS4 likely won BF (perhaps even the 5 days including CM).

The month is still open even if we think PS4 is likely to have won. And that NPD info will come only at like Dec 12th.

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."

Where them Pokemon Lets Go Haters at!?!??! Did more than double in Japan!

Amazing holy moly.
How much did PS4 sold last year during that period? Cause report says it's down yoy.
Maybe it's closer to the Switch than we think. Man 1.7 million is a lot

As good as Nintendo research team maybe is, I also think they would not access to Sony's number. At least not that quickly. Given I do fully agree with the assertion that Sony won BF. I just don't think Nintendo PR this quickly in the week would have information about who won.

It seems people didn't notice that if Switch did indeed sold 8'2M until CM, that means that Switch sold around 900K with one more week of sales in Nov. That mean that Swith will barely sell more than 1M in November, not a amazing number at all. Something feel fishy about the numbers at the moment because it seems it sold a lot more. Maybe will still need to wait until NPD to see more accurate numbers.

I think some data might be before and some data might be after (without them stating the time frame specifically in all lines it does cause confusion). All we know is that it did better than 800,000 BF (Wii's best BF) + Unknown Sale Data 4 other days.

No, the Switch being better than Wii is from thursday to monday, not the BF week, that's not the same as monday to friday in BF week. We are being bullshited again by a PR trolling like with RDR 2 "best weekend ever but not best launch ever". So that 800k number is not accurate.

True, it will be interesting to see when the numbers come out. My prediction was 1 million - 1.1 million range. This does looks like it would beat that. However NPD numbers would clarify all information. Maybe Mat from NPD will make a comment soon.
