Happy to see that Nintendo still let's developers make the game they want, as long as customers know what kind of game it is. You know, with the use of rating boards.

That was before october 2017 though which is when andrew house stepped down. I think playstation now is going to try extremely hard to keep away Japanese pervy niche games from reaching america by any means including removing any english menus to make it even less pursuable and nintendo knows this so they are willing to risk their family friendly label in exchange for control of that niche market from now on |
The original JP version of the game didn't have any English translation. The Asia version did, version made for other Asian countries, usually with an English translation (frequently very rough English...).
If they have an Asia version, it will surely be in English too
This is what Nintendo always Nintended. That's why they've shown off the ability to play the Switch in the bathroom!
Quality time.
Sony should move to the US already, they already hate their Japanese roots and pandering to the west is all they do anyway these days.

nintendo hasn’t censored game content for decades... where have you been?
i guess sony doesn’t want third party support so much.

The people who are interested in these parts of the game. Maybe its not for you, but the next game that gets consored might be.
Sexual content aside..... are these games any good?

Nintendo hasn't censored 3rd party games in decades. The first time the gaming media took note of this was BMX XXX, it's a terrible game but the Gamecube version was the only one uncensored. Players could get rewarded with video of topless women. This was censored in the PS2 and Xbox version. You maybe confusing Nintendo changing the localizations on some of their first party titles.

No, the difference is, that Nintendo is relying on it's age restriction system, which is far more developed than the one on the PS4. Switch got a certification as first gaming console for fully implemented age restriction system from the german rating board. And they are quite strict on that. But if you are effectively can restrict games to be used for children, you can be much looser about what is OK in games for adults.
