Exclusives are great.  It's a reason to choose one console over another - and allows companies to really show off what their machines and talented studios are capable of.

Sony has really been hitting it out of the park this generation with a constant stream of top quality exclusives.

The PS4 had quite an awesome year for exclusives - including GOTY candidates God of War and Spider-Man, along with Detroit: Become Human and the masterful remake of Shadow of the Colossus by Blue Point.

How do these titles rank among all time PS4 exclusives? Here's my personal top 25 exclusive games.  

Note:  I Included console exclusives and remasters.  Didn't include smaller indie titles, or PSVR titles (even though I own one and think it's amazing!), as the list is more focused on AAA releases.  Also, as a gamer I'm more western development focused and haven't caught up on a lot of Japanese games that I'd like to - including the Yakuza series and Ni No Kuni II to name a few- hence why they are excluded from the list.

If I focus on AAA and exclude indies, PSVR, and remasters (I love TLOU's multiplayer, R&C, SotC and Tearaway), my top 10 would be:

These are the ones I played so far. It will be pretty different once the gen is over. I'm certain GoW,TLoU2, Detroit are going to be on that list, most likely Spidey, death stranding and days gone as well. Maybe even ghost of tutshima. Man, do I have a lot of PS4 exclusives to play

Street fighter 5 and nioh aren't ps4 exclusive.
