I am sure next week the PS4 will be up but I don't think i will explode though lol. It will have great sales though for sure!

Careful, that's pretty much what 99% of people thought about Spider-Man too.

Nope to be honest most people thought that Spider-man would have been bigger than what VGC showed from what I saw. And they were correct it should have indeed been bigger and was corrected lol. Now I am not saying RDR2 won't have an impact because I KNOW it will. I am just not sure if it will EXPLODE next week or not........am I hoping so though.....definitely....lol

From what I remembered like 60% of people were saying that the saturation was too great and 40% were saying Spider-Man would lead to huge sales (although it was more like a general claim than any big prediction). Then when the time came and VGC showed small numbers, people instantly rationalized it as saturation, even most of the people who originally thought Spider-Man was gonna be huge didn't think twice about it and just accepted it as saturation.

But either way, I wouldn't be surprised ... either way.

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if these October numbers so far are inflated. Many times that this site had to adjust numbers, they proceed to over compensate in the following weeks which leads to them having to re-adjust back in the other direction.

Me either. We'll have to wait to see a clearer picture.

Yeah in the next few weeks we should get a pretty good idea of things.

The week before Red Dead...

Yeah the 27th Oct week will be more interesting :D

 Anyway, steady situation, PS4 - X1 3:1.

Totally agree...

Xbox One X will get a big boost next week.

PS4 Pro was too half assed for RDR 2 and PS4 Slim is too expensive, Sony should lower the price as it should be $240 and priced accordingly everywhere else. I'm sure if the price was more reasonable the PS4 would be selling much more than last year with its amazing games.

I wouldn't be too surprised if Sony keeps the Black Friday PS4's price for the holiday.

Black friday prices for ps4 are out.
no word on ps4 pro tho :(

God bless You.

My Total Sales prediction for PS4 by the end of 2021: 110m+

When PS4 will hit 100m consoles sold: Before Christmas 2019
