It's not over.

DeSantis had a 83,000 vote lead over Gillum for Florida governor late Tuesday night. That lead dropped to 45,000 yesterday. Now we hear the lead is down to just 15,000 and a mandatory recount is going to be initiated. There are also still thousands of votes in Broward county that have not been counted yet and Broward is a very blue county.

In the Florida senate race, Rick Scott lead Bill Nelson by 60,000 Tuesday night. It dropped to 34,000 yesterday and it just under 22,000 a few hours ago. Again, a recount will be initiated and there are still thousands of votes left to be counted in Broward county.

There's going to be a lot of people looking around down there. They've had a ton of fraud and corruption in the past few years as well as being the home to the infamous "hanging chads" of 2000.

One thing to know about the popular vote is that California takes forever to count since tons of ballots arrive in the mail after election day. Right now, Dems lead the GOP in the House by 4.3 points. Once CA's votes are counted, it should be close to, if not higher than, the GOP's 6.8-point margin in the 2010 wave. If not for gerrymandering in Ohio, North Carolina, Michigan, etc. the Dems would have at least a few extra seats, but popular vote-wise, it's safe to say this'll count as a D wave.

And damn it, I hit the wrong button in the poll. Oh well.

Just added up the two-party vote in NC house races:

D: 50.7%, 3 seats
R 49.3%, 10 seats

That's 3 to 5 seats that would've gone to the Dems in a fairly-drawn map.

Note: 1 R seat was uncontested, so I used the vote from the most Republican district as a proxy.

Looks like Republicans are doing pretty well. Glad democrats won't be able to raise taxes or increase regulation. Trump can still pass some executive orders.

Dems showing their colors and talking about gun bans again. Please keep bringing up "assault weapon" ban between now and 2020 lmao. We will be back to single party control of all 3 branches.

Sad because I'm actually pretty open minded and live and let live and non religious but have to identify as conservative solely because I will never yield on my views that:

individual liberty > the whole (this is what USA was uniquely founded upon)

exclusive rights to the fruits of my own labor (stop stealing from me to play Santa Clause to the 3rd world) , and

gun rights and economic freedom (stop telling me what I can or can't own and constantly trying to ban everything as your only solution).

That's it.  These are the only reason I call myself conservative.

So many other liberal views I support, but if you can't give me those specific things your candidates will never have my vote and you risk a modern technology civil war the day you do attempt to take those away.

I can agree with liberal views on so many things but you can't give me these small things, and they say conservatives are closed minded lol.

Agree with a liberal on everything but then tell them you want a full automatic post 1986 AR in return even if it means being subject to extensive checks and registration, and watch the party of compromise and open mindedness close up and go full crazy.

Are Arizona and Florida going for the D in the Senate? Looks like a good chance yet.

I know sometimes the D fails, specially in states were it isn't that hard, but it seems like it can begin to function really late after thr party begins.

I mean, there were more than 10 midterms since 1946... there's 8 bellow that that aren't displayed.

I see Carter, Kennedy, and Bush Sr. are missing as far as first midterms go. Wonder how they compare?

... that was a "top 10" list ... so draw your own conclusions lol

Democratic congressional candidates got about nine million more votes. Yes, that is how well the republican gerrymandering works. You can get more votes, and stil lose.

Senate popular vote:
Democrats: 40,558,262 (55.4%)
Republicans: 31,490,026 votes (43.0%)
Senate seats: Republicans +3

the Senate DOESN’T represent the will of the people.

Not everything that favors Republicans is gerrymandering.  Senate races are statewide.  Some of the state lines were drawn due to weird political influences, but none of them can be laid at the feet of modern Republican gerrymandering.

Looks like the Dems are trying to steal the elections in Arizona and Florida. Coming up with thousands upon thousands of ballots days after the vote was over, when these ballots should have all been collected and counted on Tues, Wed at the very latest. And surprise, surprise, the vast majority of them favor Dems. Pathetic. I hope Gov Scott wins his lawsuit against this voter fraud.

Umm.. Yeah, exactly why are people now saying Arizona and Florida are won by the Dems when clearly the GOP won both by several thousands of votes and even CNN has reported 99% of the votes already tallied two days ago..? Sounds rather fishy to me.. Or am I missing something obvious here?

Democrat election fraud in broward county florida (Miami)

Ursala also goes by the name Brenda Snipes, has refused to say how many ballots are to be counted and still are counting and all of a sudden democrats are gaining from mystery ballots as she will now be investigated, she has already had issues with destroying ballots and leaving dead people on the voting registrations. the normal democrat voters.

the fix is in here in Florida. lots of people are pissed. this will not lead to anything good. unrest will be one small part of it.
