I disagree. Batman is totally different piece of art. It's for way older audience (like Punisher from Marvel). It's dark and mature (I'm not talking about shit like Batman vs. Predator etc.). You just can't compare it with "silly" titles as X-men etc. It's not lame. It's just mostly for kids (I enjoy old X-men even now though).

I like both Marvel and DC comics. As for movies, Marvel>DC. Batman is the only good DC movie IMO. Also, Justice Leage>Avengers. Have any of you seen the "Im a Marvel... and Im a DC" on youtube? They are hilarious.

 Yeah, but Batman is such an institution of DC, he's everywhere, which is why DC stories are better and more engaging than the fluff that marvel puts out, really the entire Marvel universe is very silly, and they just recently killed off one of the few good characters they had

Actually as far as movies Spiderman>DC, but not the other movies, X-men, the fantastic four, Ghost rider, etc. were all garbage

I agree with most people here Marvels heros are much cooler than what DC has to offer, Batman is OK but for me he´s just a rich pretty boy with a pimped ride, a tech belt and some martial arts moves, plus he alwais gets the women with no problems, but at least he has some cool enemys, a great hero NEEDS great villans, thats  Supermans biggest flaw, I mean Lex Luther...please, he´s rich and evel so what, Superman has to many powers he could crush anybody without breaking a sweat, he should share with Batman, some Marvel hero´s are not to great eather but at least most of them are cool thee-dimentional charakters, to bad lots of Marvel movies suck (Elektra, Ghost Rider, Hulk), hope they don´t mess up Iron Man, he´s cool.

 problem is they never do Superman's better villans, Darkseid, Doomsday, Gog, those guys have beaten Superman

 

As for Batman, read the comics and you get a much deeper understanding of his Psyche, 

including the back and forth war between whether Bruce wayne or Batman is the more real

ABC (Top 10 or LXG) or Vertigo... cause they have interesting universes.

No offense but Marvel and DC universes are just a huge freaking mess. Their interest come mainly from characters and we won't be playing them, so... I'm curious to see how these games can be different from City of Heroes.
