I don't expect them to make it through here, but Nihon Falcom is my choice here. They've made many of my favourite games of the last ten years, and are as far as I'm concerned one of the most consistently great developers working today. Second would be Team Ico and then probably LucasArts.

Some of the games in the Theme series were alright, but I feel like they were beat by later Sim games like Roller Coaster Tycoon. 



For this round Team Ico takes my vote.
