Oh I already have a Pro, bought it day one :P Just trying to find enough VR games to make the purchase of a headset worth it for me, since many of them seem to be smaller bite sized games, whereas I'm looking for at least full length experiences and not just something that plays off the novelty of VR for ten minutes or something, lol. Also, how do I go about sound, do I have to use my own headset or does it come with earbuds or something? And if so how is the quality? I only ask because I can't be arsed faffing around with more wires, it already looks annoying as is, lol. |
I use my 5.1 surround sound system. Headphones don't come close and the surround sound adjusts to whichever way you are currently looking as long as the camera is roughly where the center speaker is. You can use any headphones you like of course, there's a headphone jack hanging at about chest height when you are wearing the headset. It's where the controls are and the build in microphone. I can't remember if it came with earbuds. Screw those anyway, thumper without a subwoofer shouldn't be called thumper :)
Longer games are RE7, Skyrim and The Solus project.
Mid size games are Moss, Astrobot, Doom, Farpoint, AZ Sunshine, Mervils: A VR adventure, Windlands, Until Dawn: Rush of blood, Bound, Wayward sky.
Some shorter games can't be missed either like Superhot, Statik, Rez Infinite, I expect you to die.
Full game racers: DriveClub, Dirt Rally, Wipeout.
Arace: Thumper, Polybius, Pinball FX2
RTS: Tethered, Dino Frontier (short but pretty)
There are plenty games for PSVR now. Wait for a sale and load up!
