Personally, I don't like fighting games, most modern jrpg games, and interactive movie "games".

I'm less likely to enjoy games that realistically recreate real-world complexity and the minutiae of everyday life (e.g., flight simulation, business strategy) and titles where storytelling is prioritized over player agency/interaction (e.g., visual novels, "walking simulators").

I think I'm generally open to everything.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Any game that just tries to emulate real life. This includes Forza, Fight Night, and PUBG. Games that are "free to play". Games that include MTX. Shooters, because most of them these days are entirely devoid of originality.

Also any game that prioritizes story over gameplay.

Turn-based anything. Just the least immersive way to play a game. Not a big fan of First Person Shooters either. Nor pixel art games.
