Every major company in this industry does stupid stuff all the time and they deserved to be called out all the time, Sony and crossplay is just one example of many examples company getting a lot of deserved shit thrown at them.



I don't think so. Sony gotten way less shit than both MS and Nintendo this gen.

Nope, I silently disagreed and moved on lol. Neither one of us will change the other's mind with anecdotal notions of who got more heat based on message board posts. Besides you only touched on 1 of the 7 Nintendo criticisms I brought up, so in my mind, my original point stands.

I totally agree with you Amy. Of all the companies that gets slack Microsoft is the only one that this statement "cannot ever do right" might apply to. Namely on this site.

Awesome rebuttal!! At the end of the day, reading through this thread there is no concensus. This topic clearly comes down to perception... 



Oh sure, if the consumer always looked at things from a business perspective nobody would have any complaints ever. Then we can just abolish consumer protection agencies and let gambling run wild. As long as it makes sense for the companies everything is fine, right?

You might want to look up what the difference between a consumer and a shareholder is and then ask yourself again why consumers complain about things that are inherently bad for consumers.
