Every generation have issues, but yes I don't like millenials and younger.

Ahh and here I thought we could get along. Anyway this will be a reocurring pattern. In 10 years millenials will probably complaint about Gen Y/Z.

Young people want things to be different and older people want things to be the same. Older people see less value in New talents a new gen bring and see more value in their gens qualities. I live in Europe so elders actually rebuild our country. They work hard under poor conditions and have a much harder spirit and know how to deal with harsh times. Something we are not really capable off. Yet we see the need for a more sustainable world AMD the value of that while elder generations in general see less value in that, just as working behind a PC or with robots instead of your hand.

Yes as general young people are progressist/revolutionaries while they mature and have experience they start to understand better their parents and why it's important to preserv things and become more conservatives.

Millennials are smarter than the new gen of tide pod eaters by a lot but are stuck in an economy where they have no parents to support them and getting a job worthy of their degree is a nightmare. The old gen is bigoted in America so they clearly will insult all those who will dominate after they are too old to work and finally need assistance from the government.

Millennials are criticized for many things. The main criticism is that they're soft and lazy.

I think its the individual that should be define not a generation I think every generation has there hard workers and lazys but I dont think every millenial is lazy . I think I should just bring few millenials to my party chat in ps4 with my younger friends I think we can get along :)

Ah good, you have become wiser! You could become wiser still by no longer using the term.

It's a generalization; not something that applies to ALL Millennials.  I myself am considered an "older Millennial" (even though we were always referred to as "Gen X" when I was growing up.  But, I am NOTHING like Millennials, in general.  I find Millennials, in general, to be one of the most embarrassingly stupid/insane groups of people in the history of mankind.  I seem to have much more in common with Gen Z than Millennials (which gives me a small glimmer of hope for the future).

Every generation thinks they're better than the previous one and wiser than the following one. It happens literally every time

But I AM better. The generation before me didn't have no iPhone.

Are they restricted from purchasing and owning an IPhone right now?

That's news to me.

I hate that mentaility.

Go and ask any generation older than you how much support they got fom their parents. You see people now a days living with their parents till they are in their 30's. In the past, people didn't dream of living with their parents once they graduated HS or where 18. They were out.

Degrees and getting a job. I blame that more on everything needing a degree now. Everything doesn't need a degree. What one used to be able to do without even a HS diploma now requires a bachelors degree, yet pays the same. My mom was at her job for 30 years and all of sudden they told her she needed to get a certain degree in the next 5 years or she would be fired.

SO it's not that jobs or starting salaries are shittier today than they were in the past, they are better, it's that they all just require a pointless expensive degree. What someone used to be able to start working at 18 with no debt, now is someone at 22 with 100k in debt.

According to Google I'm Gen Z, but I think I came in at the TAIL END of the Millennial Gen.
Since I remember things most people are recalling. Growing up with the rise of the Internet. Being self aware of the internet's tricks. Knowing what "Going Outside" is.
Back when I was growing up and up until 7th grade, Computers were PC Only and at school, only in Computer Labs. I did not have a Personal Laptop until 2015. I have a phone but I am "somewhat" reluctant to use it. My sister though, who is 3 years younger, Is 100% Gen Z. She never does anything but watch youtube videos on her cell phone.
Long story short, I do know a life of not being lazy, but It is a Little difficult bringing it out.
