The only people here who are narrow minded are ones like you who call racism for those who want the show to stick to the lore of the books. Ironically anyone who actually suppports the "bame only" casting is supporting a racist and discriminatory casting, which is literally omitting white people from even auditioning. Not only are they deviating from the proper lore of the books they are being hypocrites by wanting to add "diversity and fight racism" while discromitding against an entire race. 

The hypocrisy is mind boggling, but hey, keep riding that high horse and keep telling yourself you're "progressive".

The first quote that I assumed people are using as a base for this dabate came from Reddit and it is false because the book never used those words. So I specifically gave direct quotes from two real sources. So you didn't know you can use complexion to discribe the appearence and perspective of things. I hope you learned something from this experience.

Really some people are so closeminded always blaming the other group for being racist and think their own cannot commit to such missteps because they already got a good person stamp put on their foreheads by the media .

It's the very definition of racism for individuals to believe a thespian incapable of delivernig a convincing performance purely based on skin hue. As for sticking to the lore of the books?? It's FICTION. It isn't a docu-series about Hitler played by Jaime Foxx. Come on, you can do better. 

I read the "go woke, go broke" as a reference to some of the commericial failures (Ghostbusters 2 and some of the recently cancelled ESPN programming are the only times I've heard this term) rather than having someone who isn't white as a character.

So you're now trying to say that the quote means "she has a white perspective" or "she has a white appearance but not white skin"? 

2 other people taught you the obvious meaning of the word. Don't try to cover your mistake by now going in a dictionary to choose any secondary meaning with no relation to the sentence.
