With the recent release of a new PS VR shooter called Firewall Zero Hour many were hoping it would be a decent game, especially using the gun peripheral.

With the current PS VR momentum it seems a new shooter arrived at the right time since users are loving the game with high praise towards the tactical combat and immersion.

I would have never heard of this game if it wouldn't be for so many people rating it so high and talking about as if it was the Goldeneye for VR headsets. I'm glad such a great game released for a format that is in its early stages yet.

I don't have a VR headset but expect to get a PS VR version 3 to release down the line with a PS5 (at least I hope) or an HTC vive for my pc.

Apparently so, My Youtube feed is constantly lit up with Firewall streams and videos, people streaming for hours at a time, one guy done three 4 to 5 hours streams in less the 48 hours, Seems to be nothing but praise, PCVR gamers showing mad interest too, I haven't seen the VR communities blow up a game like this since beat saber dropped and even Wipeout or skyrim didn't have this effect on PSVR owners. I'd love to buy and hop on but it just came out at the wrong time for me, hopefully it'll hold it's player base and I can get some matches in before Red dead.

Yeah, i'm experiencing similar things. I just learned about this game a few days ago because of this. I'm curious now about the sales numbers (official ones and vgchartz tracking).

I'm not getting into vr this gen but a lot of my gaming buddies from Ireland are buying this and giving it a go. They seem hyped. Great to see. Hopefully it takes off.

If you don't buy in this gen there is no garantee you'll get it next gen but by supporting it, you add a tiny bit more to the chance that it will continue next gen. It's well worth saving up the price of three games to grab a headset, it's like a system of itself with some of the best games of this gen on it. Such a pity so many are missing out on these absolute gems.

I know that but I've too much to play as it is. It's 2018 and I just started playing my last ps3 game. Too many games on playstation to even keep up. I can't justify a psvr device that adds even more. I'd also like an improved experience for the price so I'm more then happy to hold out for the ps5.

Yeah, I noticed the glowing user reception earlier this week. It's certainly tempting me not to hold out for PSVR2 and just get one now, especially if there's some good deals this holiday. Shooters are definitely one of the more dramatic and tangible examples of how VR can improve the gameplay experience.

I'm interested to see how it holds up to Farpoint. Farpoint has been my favorite shooter on PSVR thus far. Might have to pick this one up.

Great news. I don't own a VR Headset yet, but I want Virtual Reality to succeed.

Tagging because I never look at my subs. Want to check this out.
