Bought my copie at my old store two hours ago, the customers were still making a line up outside the store. The last times we had such a line for a new release tgis gen was for dual release of Pokemon Sun/Moon, for Pokemon AS/OM and Smash Wii U at the same day, and for the Destiny/NHL 15 (I’m in Canada). While Red Dead, Spidey and GoW had their success this year, the store was pretty much empty at this time of the day.
Can’t wait to see the numbers, but I feel that Tbone’s prediction might come true.
