So, Spider-man is coming, only 21 days for premier. This game will be huge boost for ps4 sales and in my personal opinion i'm think that, Insomniac game will outsell Arkham City on all paltforms (around 10.50-11mln) also will reach better reviews than Arkham Knight (87%). 

Why ? Cause this game looks perfect from the beginning. Looks like SPider-Man we all have been waiting for so long. Now with Sony+Insomniac+Marvel SP will back on top as a number 1 hero.

All trailers looks so good. I can't remember one game which looks that good from first trailer to release.

Im worried about sony stock of PS4.... .. the hardware boost might not be so big, simply because there arnt enough out there on shelves to sell.
Like the PS4 was at 81m+ sold through when it had shipped 82m.... 1m being shipped and in stores around the world isnt alot.

Sony should be shipping mass amounts of PS4s now, and stocking up shelf spaces in stores, so they can actually take advantage of spiderman & RDR2.

Don't see it happening. I think people overestimate Spiderman, so many said Spiderman would outsell god of war in a thread a few months ago (pre-gow launch).

6m lifetime would be an achievement.

I think it has a chance. One of my most anticipated games of the year.

 No doubt that Sony is doing that in preparation for the holidays anyways. 

It has more chances to sell 6M in its first month than lifetime in my opinion....

I think Spiderman is going to sell a lot by the end of the year, 5m in its first month like god of war is a serious possibility selling another 3-4 million the rest of the year. That's my prediction.

There are going to be a lot of huge sellers this holiday season, RDR2, COD BOPS4, BFV, Spiderman, FIFA 19, NBA 2k19, AC Odyssey.....PS4 will probably have the best Nov-Dec software sales in PS history and I'm not forgetting Smash Bros Ultimate and Pokemon for Switch. Historic months for the industry are coming...

Pretty much a given considering the popularity of the brand. It will sell hundreds of thousand if not millions of PS4 as well. Not so sure it will beat 87 on MC though.

Sony haven’t been shipping almost any pros for the last few months, probably stockpiling the spiderman edition.

Spiderman will easily reach 10M; and with great promo it has the potential of selling 20M on PS4 only (not including future PS5) considering it is a well know character.
