That's a Radeon RX 580 or Geforce 1060 6GB in Australia.

But... The correct answer would be a Geforce 1070 in the UK for that price.

I don't know about "the best", but I have no complaints with the EVGA - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card I put into my PC to run my Oculus Rift.
