Frankly, I haven't kept that up with dreams that much, but from what I did see, I can't imagine it reaching 10 million. Did that playable demo ever come out? 

Not to my knowledge. But there are various trailers (most recent is TGS) that demonstrate the capabilities of Dreams apart from its creation tools.

Just on PS4, The Last of Us Remastered, Uncharted 4, Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War and Spiderman are guaranteed 10M+ sellers. Gran Turismo Sport in a year or two will be close too. Days Gone is starting to feel like it's going to be as succesful saleswise as Horizon, so another game probably in the future reaching that milestone. The Last of Us Part II is a lock too, and obviously Ghosts of Tsushima and Death Stranding are candidates too, and let's not forget Dreams.

PS4 and Sony are going to finish the gen with a bang. All the people expecting PS4 and Sony to suffer because of Switch success, Microsoft new adquistions, lack of E3, whatever forums and media find to doom Sony.... are going to have a bad time.

I won't be surprised if Sony announces after FY18 that Days Gone, Dreams, The Last of Us Part II, Death Stranding and Ghost of Tsushima all launch in FY19 (April 2019-March 2020). It would be amazing.

This is most likely the 5th PS4 exclusive to cross the 10 million mark - behind Uncharted 4, Spider-Man, The Last of Us: Remastered and God of War. It's hard to say though as Sony isn't as transparent with individual games sales like Nintendo is - so you have to wait for the developers to make these kind of announcements for confirmation.

Still not convinced that they entered Ninty’s level
