Project Awakening demo seems to be inbound. I imagine it will just be the fight from the trailer. Curious if they can actually get that running off a base PS4 (even a pro ps4 seemed unlikely with what the trailer showed off)

I'd completely forgotten about this, but I'm now actually wondering if it'll be a cross-gen release with PS5 since it looks VERY impressive!

Damn, look at you going full Batman mode lol :P

I played Arkham Asylum back on PS3 and LOVED it, couldn't quite get into City though, tried once on PS3 and once again on PC and it didn't really click with me, think furthest I got was about 5-6 hours in, however far that is lol... been tempted to pick up the Return To Arkham set though in hopes it'll help me get through City since I really want to play Knight.

As for Gotham, I watched the first season and thought it was pretty decent, never carried on thought, but from what I've been told it only gets better and better, so I may have to get back into it.

I am not so much into the superheroes world like I used to be but the games are good/great.

I really enjoyed the first one but some things I didn't enjoy well let's just say 2D levels.  City , well I had high expectations because everyone said it is the better one and well the title says city....  It felt like a let down but the game grew on me and in the end I really enjoyed it :).

but damned, if you come from those games and go directly into Knight...The game is really a city and surprises me in many ways while some are not great vehicular missions aren't that great the rest feels top notch, my favourite part is how darker the game is and scary at some moments.  Without spoiling anything the police station is what I love in games.  When you go in at first it is basically empty, cells and special holding cells are empty but how more people you save and capture how more lively the police station gets.  People you saved will be at the police station and criminals locked up in their.  Also on tip if you play the game and enjoy it, their is plenty of DLC options but one of them adds 4 super villains. Only caught one but it feels worth it.

And yeah gotham season 1 was basically a maffia mob show (that I don't mind) but season 2/3 improved a lot and introduceses so many new characters.  Now at season 4:).

Control is a sleeper hit.

In what regard? Honestly I've not looked it up much aside from the first trailer and some articles... it's definitely a game I'm interested in but based on its performance I'm going to hold off until it gets some patches and becomes in the realm of playable.

I feel Control isn't even close to competing for the sleeper hit of 2019 title. It's got an interesting premise but like all Remedy games, it's executed poorly but it was good enough that I played it through to platinum.

Also a friendly reminder that Torchlight 2 released recently on PlayStation 4, 7yrs after its PC release. If you enjoy Diablo 3 then you will like T2 as its a far more enjoyable game.

"Wheel me out to the curb for garbage day"

*Shrugs*

I liked the game.

Shoulda said "Imo"
