Resetera leaked the available space for ps5. Take it with a grain of salt. According to them, there's 664 GB of usable space. Also Astro's Playroom is apparently 2.4 GB.

I'd say the opposite. I think it looks better here even though it's not the most professional shot.

If you look closely at the bottom right a cursor in the picture so chances are this might be fake. We're gonna get some previews soon so, hopefully we get to know some more.

In either case I'll be looking to add a 2TB NvMe drive to my PS5 a couple of years down the line. By then we should have some Samsung 980 Pro equivalents for good enough prices.

Personally I didn't care how big it was as long as it was reasonable. I think the way I put it back when I first gave my opinion on how it should be designed, was that it could be as big as XB1, just as long as it's not a boring square box and really quiet. That's pretty much what they did. They kinda went the complete opposite of boring and square but it's still much better. Now to see if it's quiet enough to complete the trifecta.

My 3 biggest wishes for PS5 were better cooling, faster loading times, and longer battery time (controller).
Hearing that it's quiet is great news and videos of its loading times have started to surface and it seem fast (e.g. Astro's Playroom and Godfall).

Fortunately, the games are what matters. I've been rocking a PC and PS4 combi during most of this gen. If the good news keep up, it looks like I'm gonna go with PC + PS5 during the next.

agreed. I feel that the controller is a perfect mix of PS4 and Xbox One, two of the best controllers ever. Huge fan, and I also agree that the games are what matters and that the console itself is ugly as hell.
