Absolutely. I agree. And I love the game as it is and love the design and linear approach. What I meant is that I hope they continue to make new GoW games in this style, and make a new IP Witcher style but with the strength of GoWs gameplay which is the best of it's class

I am not sure what ppl are expecting Sony to do, announce PS5 games? How many big PS4 announcements could they possibly still have? I mean that doesn't change that the announcements didnt have big stuff, thats a valid critque. But if you ask me, SOP is just another layer to how Sony disseminates info:

youtube uploads, PS blog entries and now SoP. Even stuff like PSNow monthly game additions and PS+ titles are announced at around similar times every month. SoP will just another way they intend to do this. Though they will def need to do something else to the announcements to make them different from their standard announcements. Hopefully for the next SoP we see some positive changes to the format

No I wasn't expecting Sony to announce PS5 games. HOWEVER, this is your first "State Of Play". Should have kicked it off with some decent offerings. For the first showing, it was very underwhelming. I'm sure some people will enjoy the IronMan VR, but I felt they could have up the anty a bit more with some stellar indie games or something. Just my thoughts.

It really is, easily one of my favourite endings ever, hoping to hear from him when he's finished it! :)

Bristow9091, so true :) I really cried (at the end) and I love the philosophy of MGS games.

In many games people turn off the credits and miss wonderful/sad or legendary moments. A good example is MGS4 and Uncharted 4 for me :)

PS: I hope that Death Stranding will be released in late or early 2020. Kojima said - that if the game becomes a financial success, he will enlarge Kojima Productions and work on several things. Also anime and more new IP's are possible. He wants to get many people from the old Konami team into his own developer studio, if it succeeds. Currently it is not yet, because the studio has to finance first and celebrate success in order to grow bigger in the future. That would be very cool !!
