No, I'm not interested in the XB1X so wouldn't know that. Although (kind of) disc based backwards compatibility with the previous gen console is also something that MS brought to the XB1X (as well as regular XB1s) so it would fit right in then wouldn't it?

No, because the way Microsoft implements OG Xbox and 360 BC on the XB1 is on a game-by-game basis. That is not a hardware feature.

As in game cartridges? Would be cool if somebody made an external port that connected to your PS4 through USB and you could play Vita games, basically just make the Playstation TV thing USB and go through your PS4 rather than straight to your screen with HDMI... I'd say it's something to think about, but we all know Sony won't think about it, heck, I'd be surprised if they haven't forgotten the meaning of the word "Vita", lol. 

Something like that. But I thought about some proprietary format from Sony that would get large new games on it.

I'd be fine with games going back to cartridge formats lol

Cartridges aren't cheap. Best case scenario is that Sony and 3rd party publishers are willing to remaster their Vita games to the PS4. I wonder why Atlus still hasn't remastered Muramasa and Persona 4: Golden...

Then when I finally got a system myself (mid 2013, yeah.) I wanted a platinum too so I platinued Assassin's Creed II... and I couldn't live with such a shame, I had to get a good platinum in my account too so I decided to pick the hardest game I had, and it was Demon's Souls.

After that I could walk outside without shame again, I mean, at least without that one shame in particular.

So I cherish it more than GoW's, which I still don't have on my own account lol.

There's no shgame in getting any platinum. Takes effort.

I played AC 2 on PC so never could get a platinum.

Assassin's Creed 2 is what you wake up to after drinking too much. The souls trophies are the only ones worth getting. 😸

My proudest platinum is DmC: Devil May Cry. Its way harder than any Souls game. I have platinums for all Souls game btw and I still can't platinum any Devil May Cry game other than this and it was still difficult.

Heh. It's been almost a decade and I've never gone back and looked at it. I imagine if I did, I wouldn't be impressed with my showing.

I'll take your word on how hard those trophies are. I never looked at the trophies when I played a few of the DMCs.
