I think they're almost done with the Switch. Technologically they're going into a phase where their new games won't run on it, and they sure as hell won't prioritise Nintendo over Sony or Microsoft.

They did the exact same thing last year. Not that you will care, you've been actively campaigning for all 3rd parties to abandon Switch since basically the launch of the system.

Well...hmm, probably not just yet. Young Blood is likely to be exactly the same technologically as Wolf 2. And Doom Eternal will likely use the Wolf 2 iteration of id Tech 6. So both those are pretty easy. Fallout 4 is a challenge due to optimization and design so makes sense they are more cautious about attempting that. I think we will see more AAA games from them in the future, the question is how many and which ones.
I don't think they'll release much beyond smartphone games on Switch. It's just not powerful enough and it doesn't make sense to make exclusive games for it.

To be fair, aside from some Nintendo titles, Bomberman R, Mario + Rabbids and Octopath Traveler what significant original game has been announced or brought to the Switch that's from a major 3rd party publisher that isn't a port or multi platform game?
I think Bethesda might focus on games built from the ground up for Switch going forward. Maybe they could get there hands on a Nintendo IP.
Can't complain they have delivered some goodies so far
Who's to say they won;t do it in future when they learn even more tricks with the switch from the other games they have coming.
For a developer who has never done anything on a Nintendo platform in the past they sure have batted well above average on the switch

Given Wolf 2's on it, let's not pretend that they can't do it. As to exclusives....how would it not be worth it?
Their main engine can work on the system, there is a market, and there would probably be a benefit to having a title out that isn't on other systems first. Nintendo might fill a ton of niches, but there are plenty they can fill themselves.
The Democratic Nintendo fan....is that a paradox? I'm fond of one of the more conservative companies in the industry, but I vote Liberally and view myself that way 90% of the time?
Fallout 3 / NV is much more likely than Fallout 4 on Switch. Bethesda should bring Dishonored 1+2 to the Switch as well.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
I really dont care for a fallout game on the switch... If aI wanna play it i buy it cheap on steam when its on sales
If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing (mostly)

It's not Fallout 4...It's Fallout 5! Heyooooooooo!
