There are three major rules when writing. Avoid cliques, simple story, complex character and avoid the soapbox. I have a feeling the last one could create a backlash if the subject matter is dealt with politically. It hurt Oceans 8, Ghostbusters, Star Wars Solo and I have a feeling it's going to hurt Lord Of The Flies.

That's basic beginners advice. Beginners get so embroiled in plot and story they forget the most important aspect of writing, which is the characters.

It is possible but only when it is released on the PS4 and not during holiday season.

Should it be a PS5 launch title then the required install base is missing and if it should be released in October/November there are too many other AAA titles released.
