It is fitting how the reviewers at EDGE are all a bunch of edgelords, what an awful publication (I don't even have any interest in Detroit btw but come on, a 5? Bollocks).

The trouble Edge makes for some people will never cease to amaze me. I'm sure some people will come with their crazy conspiracies to prove me wrong, but they gave an Xbox game a low score too. They didn't even bother with other Switch games, which is disappointing but it should say enough. Edge gives lower scores than usual, and it doesn't care about what platform it is. They are strict with their scores. Deal with it and move on (or don't read it), this is getting old.

Edge is know to use the actual 1 - 10 scale so that means a 7 for them could be a nine for others.

Four points lower? Detroit is not at 90. It's around 3 points lower, which actually aligns it similarly to SoD2 which is also around 3 points lower. (2.8 vs. 2.6 to be exact).
