Just Cause 2 had some pretty sweet explosions. Whatever the remote bombs were called. Possibly "The Remote Bombs". It was fun to use them on the big factory canisters. Just cause 3 had even better explosions, but I'm giving the nod to Just Cause 2 because I like it soooooo much more.

I loved the explosives of the Dreadnought from C&C Red Alert 2.

I always love guided missiles in games. I think my favorite of the bunch being Battletanx teddy bear missile.

Remote mines in Goldeneye were always a blast as well. learning just when to detonate them after you throw them depending on how far away the enemy is. Good stuff.
