As far as I'm aware it's still like that between PS4 and Xbox One, I first played on Xbox then a friend wanted me to join him for a few games on PS4 and it didn't let you log in with your epic account on PS4 because it was already associated with another platform, No idea if that is till the case as I just ended up playing without logging into any epic games account.

Edit: Yep just tested it again still the same so I don't see this changing for Switch if it's been like this for X1/PS4 since launch.

Doom is hard enough to play on those crappy Joycons, This game will be worse than the mobile version.
You have to shed $90 on a controller that is only a partial upgrade.

It looks alot better than the mobile version of the game, but you can tell its not running anywhere near same resolutions as the PS4 version.
