1. Bloodborne: Best of the souls games in my opinion. Faster pace, great lore and atmosphere.
2. Uncharted 4: Fantastic send off to the Drake's adventures. Over top, emotional and plays great.
3. God of War: Great reinvention of the franchise. Good story, fantastic gameplay and visually stunning
4. Last of Us Remaster: Would be #1 but it's technically a PS3 game. Don't need to go into detail. Great game all around, best storytelling in gaming, IMO.
5. InFamous Second Son: Great game with fun gameplay and still holds up to this day.

great games-taste :) i love the gameplay and jungle in uncharted 4 so much, the details < 3 Nathan Drake is a wonderful character and Elena very sweet ^^ It was a great time : ) And "The Last of Us" is really incridible. PS: Today coming "The Last of Us 2"-News/Trailer on the Sony E3 Press Conference, cant wait :)

Will preface my answer by saying I'm starting to get back to playing a whole bunch of games. Not played much in the last year up to around Jan, so mainly catching up.
Also, when putting this together, thought we were talking solely exclusives for some reason, so this is my list as a result. Have no idea what top 5 would be out of any PS4 games, extremely difficult.

1. God of War
2. Uncharted 4
3. Horizon Zero Dawn (May go up to 2 - only just got into it but already at no.3)
4. Detroit Become Human
5. Last of Us Remastered (Also just started playing it, never played PS3 so this may also rise higher)

Next up will be finishing 3 and 5, then SotC, then The Last Guardian. Not such a fan of the Bloodborne-type games so haven't played that, but may do at some point in the future. Catching up with all of these has been/will continue to be fantastic however.
