Wait wut ?

Usually these type of games never go out of copies in Canada ... The heck are you doing Amazon ?

Well, it stayed pretty high in the chart for a good while.Maybe the game will do better than expectred in Canada?Who knows

I have a hunch that it's not just Amazon Canada who underestimated that game...

Also shows here in the forums, considering how well it's doing on Amazon around the world, the  estimates seem to low for the most part:  http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=236466&page=1#38

The Switch is up to #4 now that's definitely the highest I've seen it in months.

Octopath Traveler is also at #3 and #15 on amazon Spain and Italy for what thats worth.

Will try to update the OT chart as I was doing with previous games. It's interesting to see how a 3rd party is this high in the chart. Has any other accomplished that?

Nintendo is t-e-a-r-i-n-g up Amazon!

I've decided to pass on management of the Amazon threads to Marth. It was a good two years under my watch, but I've lost interest in recent months, hence my repeated tardiness and lack of regular updates. Thanks to everyone who participated in the threads. I'll still post here on VGC occasionally, though I won't be as active as I used to. A combination of work and the travails of homeownership have left me exhausted and kills my motivation to do almost anything that requires active effort on my part.

Thank you so much for your hard work.

And good luck with your future endeavours.

Thanks for the effort Shadow1980!

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Thanks for the hard work mate !

As for the charts, i really hope octo gets great reviews like 85+ on Metacritic. I could see some people bashing the game cause it's "too hard" or "too explicit" lmao you never know sometimes. I do think it will perform better than Bravely Default which did pretty good.

Octopath Traveler position through different countries on amazon:

US: 3th ( - )
JP: 1th (+1)
UK: 14th (+1)
Germany: 25th(+3)
France: 2th(+1)
Spain: 5th(-)
Canada: 71th(-38) [Out of Stock]
