Yes you need Paschal GPU to utilize all the direct X 12 benefit

Which benefits exactly? Which shaders or other effects aren't possible on a GTX 6x0 or GTX 7x0 or GTX9x0 (or AMD R9 or AMD RX) that are possible on Pascal?

And even more important: Which shaders or other effects aren't possible on a GTX 6x0 or GTX 7x0 or GTX9x0 (or AMD R9 or AMD RX) that are possible on the current consoles?

If you run direct X 12 games on GTX 960 (my own PC) it run slower , and its opposite affect on GTX 1050 Ti

even some people have the same problem with me https://steamcommunity.com/app/236870/discussions/0/361798516941476867/

I hope it flops. I really wanted this on Switch but NOT LIKE THIS. Gotta love all caps for being overly dramatic. Seriously, though, streaming games is garbage.

It will fail on a Nintendo system as most Nintendo gamers collect games not just play.

Even in the Wii days when so many consoles were sold, second hand games for PS360 outnumbered Wii 10 to 1

Nah, imagine the howls of anger from retailers across the globe, and from Sony/MS who can't get the digital sales. Not to mention that the public would find this outrageous and destroy Capcom on social networks.

I hope it flops, companies are fighting so hard to keep people from owning the things they buy, now it's all licensing and rentals.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Isn't PS+ already a rental service? Stop paying, and lose access to your "free" games.

Well, they wouldn't invest all that money into the cloud gaming infrastructure, just for one game and on one system. At this point it's guaranteed that we will see more games using this service. Like with everything, if you don't like it, vote with your wallet.
