I wonder how long pundits and journalists keep hyping them and Poch up. They have stadium debt while key players are running down their contracts and number of players want to leave. They don't seem to attract world class talent despite playing CL. Sounds oddly familiar..

On to Arsenal... I think us hosting Villa showed how much talent and fight our players possess. But the thing is, it's pathetic to be chasing a game at home and I still think this is all on Emery's bum tactics and how he sets us up. He needs to fucking sort this out, our midfield setup in particular should be a priority. Tierney & Bellerin will lift our game without a doubt but it won't be enough.

This thread title could go.

It's not much better.

That miracle route to the final is now looking like a long time ago for Tottenham.

I don't get this jizzing over "EPL dominance" thing. Ajax knocked out two giants including a club that won CL three times. Chelsea struggled to beat Frankfurt. We had serious issues with Rennes. Spurs are probably the worst team I remember to reach CL finals. There's currently only two top quality teams in EPL.

Because ultimately when it's all said and done it's who got to the final and won Ajax knocked out two giants (one of whom is having the worst season they've had in the past decade) but it means nothing if you lose to Spurs in spectacular fashion after surrendering a 2 goal lead Ajax will be remembered for having a good run. If the worst team you remember still beat City, Ajax, Dortmund and got out a group that had Barca, Inter and PSV then it says a lot about the teams that make it to the finals. Fact is like it or not having an all EPL sweep shows the strength of the league no amount of cherry picking certain performances can change this as all 6 of the EPL teams made it deep in Europe and 4 made it to the finals showing that it's far from a case of only 2 good teams in EPL don't mistake teams playing the football you like as being the only good teams.

A discussion from couple of months ago. Would you still say there's more than 2 top quality teams in EPL? ;)

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Great games, looking very strong based on the results eventho they might not reflect the clenching of my buttcheeks

I wonder if Pochettino is trying to get sacked. Then again, they've been bang average for a year and a half.

I'll be fuming if Emery doesn't wake the fuck up now and start playing like a big team.
