Well it's hard to support England after what you did to Ireland for 800 years and even today you still rule over about 20% of our island. So say what you like about Croatia but they couldn't possibly be as bad as England in a historical sense.

Anyway up the the Croatians. All of ireland were behind them today. Huge night of celebration for us.

So supporting the Nazis in their history is okay in your book then?

Are they currently nazis? England still rules over the North of ireland so they may have both been evil in the past but at least the Croatians have sorted themselves out today. When Westminster hands back the North of ireland along with an apology maybe then I'll look slightly more kindly on our not so good neighbours.

FYI the population of ireland would probably be around 20m today rather then under 5m if our friendly neighbours were indeed friendly to us throughout the ages.

Sony are making all the right moves. They are about to increase their sales domination even more thanks to this beast.

Here's the most pathetic moment of the World Cup. The Croats are celebrating their second goal, so what do the mighty Brits do?

Brits keeping it classy.

@Wyrdness, KingCherry and any other Brit, who's attacking Croats calling them nazis - let me just remind you that this is how your brave Sons of Albion celebrated the German national anthem. So just chill.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

Hardly the most pathetic, Neymar was in the World Cup.

Yet it's like they wanted to get on with the game to score and get through or something. How dare they.

Hmm, pie.

The Croatian national football is actually what got me into this sport. Back in 2011 my fad country of interest was Croatia and I was reading about the country and their national team came up and was surprised to see they made the semifinals of a World Cup by beating Germany. I then went through the wikipedia articles for other World Cups to see the results and then after following international competitions for a few years I started watching Premier League games on television on weekends during the 2013-14 season.

Didn't you previously say all the teams you were interested in had been knocked out? So... why haven't you been supporting Croatia throughout the World Cup instead then?

Basically the countries I cheer for go like this order: Canada/USA > AFC teams > Turkey > Mexico.

Croatia might be after them.

They rule over NI because that's what Northern Irish want and don't have a problem with either.

Scisca or what ever your called read posts before you respond he's bringing up 800 years ago and a political situation he has little understanding of yet ignored a part in Croatia's history when they supported Nazis during WWII the image you posted is pre-war before Hitler began his invasions. You want people to chill then don't bring up political situations.

Now you know why

Croatia are the better team at the moment, ignore rankings, in this case they have more experience, more world class players. I put Croatia to win this game in this prediction league but wanted England to win because they are England.

You don't have to tell me, the other guy is the one who wasn't aware Croatia were a good team and England wasn't favorite at all :D

I thought the same, sounds pretty fishy lmao

I don't know what's fishy about it I never said the Croatian team was my favourite. I just said I got into football by reading about Croatia and then read about their semifinal run in 1998 which made me read about World Cup history in general.

You say I've little understanding yet you ignore almost 50% of Northern Ireland which are the indigenous catholics want to be free from British rule. You invaded our island, tried to force your ideals on us, mudereded millions, starved millions more and yet you want to act the good guy. In the past Britain were no better then the nazis and its 1 of the reasons why irish love seeing England lose. Only reason your empire is glorified and Germanys isn't is because you won most of your wars and the Victor rights history.

And before you bring up what the nazis did to the Jews your country used to rob irish woman and used them to breed child slaves with African men on the way to Jamaica. Sub human.

That's enough of a history lesson for you. Now please don't question why 90% of ireland thoroughly enjoyed England losing to Croatia.
