The Palace result didn't really matter in the grand scheme of things, as City were already in control by then. We'd had to have won about 10-0 to have overtaken City. It just looked like a spectacular collapse as it came immediately after the loss to Chelsea at Anfield.

 

But yeah, it's ridiculous to start talking about the title being won. People talking as if we've already beaten Leicester, who can be tricky on their day (plus the snowy weather here may play a role too). Even then though, with a win that'd be 7 points ahead with 14 games left... plenty of time for that gap to be made up.

Okay and today just highlighted it's not over til it's over Chelsea get destroyed and I'm starting to feel that in the coming months Utd and Arsenal will leap ahead of them (Arsenal at this point have on GD), Liverpool draw the moment City are beaten.

How Arsenal fans sleep knowing they have that defence is beyond me I'm surprised some people haven't had heart attacks when they see the line up at this point if they could simply do basics they'd be fine.
