Well MJ's speaking voice was very high pitched. As far as overall vocal range Axl Rose actually has a wider vocal range then pretty much any other male singer.
The Stylistics are one of my favorite bands from the 70s and the lead singer definitely fits the category.

Number one would be Mike Patton of Faith No More/Mr Bungle/Tomahawk/Peeping Tom etc. Some of his highs are insane...
