I think i am gonna take Nintendo at their word that they will only focus on 2018, the only exception being a Metroid Prime 4 trailer

 

edit: The games being Smash, Yoshi and Fire Emblem and maybe one or two surprises. And whatever 3rd party is coming to Switch the rest of the year

If I see anyone complain that they don't show Metroid Prime 4 or Bayonetta 3, imma be mad.

Since most of the games shown on xbox/playststion and PC release next year, I also hope that most of what Nintendo shows will release this year.

Predictions:

Opening video showcases some upcoming switch games, like fifa 19, nba 2k19, paladins, mario tennis, trial rising, starlink, elder scrolls blades, etc.

Starts off with all things third party:

Fortnite on Switch, available today

Dragonball fighterZ coming to Switch

reminder about monster hunter generations coming to Switch

Killer Queen Black coming to switch

Overcooked 2 reveal, SWITCH EXCLUSIVE

wolfenstein: youngblood coming to Switch

Spyro: reignited trilogy coming to Switch

First party:

Yoshi full name reveal (yoshi's flipping island lol), release date given (Late August?)

Fire Emblem reveal, release date given (December)

Metroid Prime 4, gameplay trailer, 2019.

Ends with Smash Blowout (To spice things up: banjo/kazooie and steve in smash, along with crash bandicoot), releasing September alongside online service.

A lot the third party stuff will strategically release in october due to there not being a nintendo title in the month.

 

 



Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.
