From the games that actually have a chance in hell of being shown, I'd wet myself for a reveal trailer for REmake 2 more than anything, followed closely by a DMC5 reveal.

A new Dino Crisis would be nice.

Oh yes, definitely. I’m kind of hoping at least one of the announced unknown movies will be in the KotOR era. :-)

I also just now noticed that apparently I have two O keys.

Rare’s precious IP is being wasted and it’s so sad.

I’m glad that Killer Instinct got a reboot and think it turned out great.

Yes, Microsoft has Halo, but Perfect Dark could be a stellar FPS franchise if handled properly.

Blast Corps with today’s tech would be really cool.

I’d really like to see a new 3D Action Brawlers with the Battletoads...it could even play like Yakuza as you mentioned or the 3D Ninja Gaiden Games.

Nintendo has Mario, but Xbox could pull off a new Banjo Kazooie series.

PlayStation has Ratchet and Clank, but Xbox could be using Jet Force Gemeni.

I think that Conker’s Bad Fur Day could exist and be a regular franchise.

A new kart racing game with these characters and some peeps from Halo/Gears of War/Killer Instinct could be crazy and work/be a good alternative to Forza.

I think Microsoft should pass each franchise around to a separate developer and boom, flood the Xbox brand with awesome, nostalgic exclusives...as well as some new stuff that could work, like a kart racer.
