Ingenious solution. It is like DQX on the 3DS. You have to stream it because the hardware is too weak. Only difference is that this is a singleplayer game.

Never cared for this game... Capcom, don't you dare touch RE4. Just port it to the Switch already.

Wonder if this will be Japan only, they do have one of the best internet connections in world. I think this is super smart (vs no port at all). However it needs to be running on the best software. 

This is so weird..... and so dumb.Why not puclish the game already?This will be extremely limiting to people that dont have a good internet conection, and it is not nearly good as a service as Redbox or Gamepass because you are paying for the use of only one game.

And for those people that cant see how Capcom has been mishandling the Switch, or just being completely idiotic regarding it, this piece of news should convince them.

Do not get me wrong on Capcom and other titles and how they have so far mishandled the switch, but you really think crappy looking port of RE7 would be better than this? Honest question. 

Capcom keeps innovating in ways to fuck up Switch releases.

I thought this was an April fools thread that was revived for some reason. I can't believe this is real.

As much as I want RE7 on Switch, I hope this entire concept flops. If not, it will be a dangerous road we may find ourselves on and games as a streaming service will be here sooner than we think.

I already have this for PS4, but I will double dip on Switch for a physical version if it comes. I cannot support this streaming thing becoming the norm however. PSNow is scary enough, but when current gen games start doing it, something is causing it to come sooner than prophesied...
