I would like to have two versions: a Star Fox and a Star Wolf version. The more options, the better. |
They should probably have three versions then, so they can include Krystals edgelord Bounty hunter alter-ego Kursed lol.

Eh, I guess stranger things have happened. *cough*METALGEARZOMBIES*cough*
Still, though, Star Fox racing, r u srs?
This sounds absolutely ridiculous. I was hoping for a new IP but looks like that ain't happening.
Pokemon rumors as well...dear god Nintendo is more eccentric than ever this generation.

It would take something like this to bring you back, huh? (haven't seen you around at all) Yeah, agreed, I guess. I wanna believe this is a proper Star Fox racing game (as in, you're still flying Arwings and such), so I'm not sure how much it could've been an F-Zero game, but, yeah. We still need proper F-Zero, and proper Star Fox too. |
I mean, if it's a pure aerial racing game, I'll have my hopes for a new F-Zero completely revived. But then I'll not understand the point of comparing it to F-Zero other than "hurr-durr space race."
Honestly, considering that I genuinely don't believe that Nintendo has the capacity to make a good StarFox game, I'd be completely fine with this concept replacing the mainline games. Even if there's no flying. In the same breath, if this was really an F-Zero/StarFox crossover, I'd be fine with it replacing both.
i just want an fzero :(

Well, Eurogamer did also claim the Pokemon Stars rumour was backed up by "multiple sources".

Its not Fzero as a franchise which has to be rescued its star fox. Star fox was diying and not fzero. Everytime a game is diying nintendo calls their version of micheal cohen (the fixer) and they do their job. Like for metroid, dk or sf. It doesnt always have to die but if it needs a drastic change. The japanese people just cant do the jump but retro can.
Yeah, this rumor makes too little sense to be real and these insiders have been wrong before. Right now I'll entertain the idea but I honestly think it's either not real or miscommunication and that it's actually F-Zero.
