How dare society tell us there's a respectful to act?

There's always social pressure to be polite.  You expect people to be nice to you regardless of what you do?  Call people "fat" and they should smile and say "thank you, sir."  If that's not what you expect, welcome to PC.

Give me some examples of what you think are PC.

Why? Even the definition of pc explains it well enough. It only pertains to certain groups rather than people in general. Even then politeness has nothing to do with it. The attempt at redefining racism and invention of colorism are prime examples of being pc/progressive. The concept of culture appropriation is pc.

What is colorism?

Actually belief is a choice. It's a hard choice to change, but it is a choice. Many have chosen to leave it. Being fat is almost always a choice too. I walk on the treadmill 2 hours a day and do 1 hour weights and eat ketogenic diet for 2 years now. I no longer eat anything processed, ever, even in a social gathering. I went from out of shape to inshape. If everyone was super dedicated to losing weight and getting in shape they would be. I have overweight family members that work out for 15 min a day and still eat a bunch of carbs and tell me they cant lose weight. BS.

Whatever you say.

But these things miss many factors.

The only factor missing is desire. If someone was willing to sleep 4 hours a day for a few months so they can work out from 4am-6am they wouldnt be fat.

"When you're politically correct, you're careful not to insult people or marginalize them, especially if they belong to a group that's often discriminated against or is in some way at a disadvantage."

It does not "only" pertain to certain groups.  It pertains to everyone.

Lets be real, every group except whites in practice.

I'm appropriating Swedish craftsmanship by driving a Volvo, but so far no Scandinavian person was outraged... yet.

That ought to be the next step, right?

ugh. Some silly shit.  It's essentially discrimination based on skin color between people of color.

They had to invent it because they tried to redefine racism as "prejudice plus power".

Any sources that reference that?

Not white males. So it's not everyone.

Hmm. Are you playing dumb or do you genuinely not know? Hard to tell. If you're  not satisfied with those as sources, you're more than welcomed to research the terms on your own. I only provided links as a quick reference to ones who don't know what I meant.

Things like illness and metabolism play a major factor in weight.  So no, most people probably could work out, but for some people it wouldn't make a difference.  https://www.webmd.com/diet/obesity/medical-reasons-obesity

Besides, why does it matter if someone isn't skinny?

It doesn't matter to me, but expect to be made fun of. Being overweight is not good for you. You should be in shape. That's how we evolved.

Probably the only people that got offended by that are Asian Americans who have never lived in any Asian country. Happens all the time.
