What city do you prefer/want to visit the most?

New York 7 9.72%

Paris 10 13.89%

London 7 9.72%

Tokyo 48 66.67%

As a local New Yorker that lives there, I want to go to Tokyo, because reasons.

For convenience I would say Paris cause it's the closest and easiest place to go of all 4 options for me, and by far.

London is about as close but way less easy to go to, well the High Speed Train can get me there easily but it's too expensive. Also the UK will soon exit the EU and I don't wish to spend money in a country that spits in my European face and even if I wanted to, the notion that I will soon need a passport to travel to London is a deterrent.

So if money and convenience of access were not an issue to begin with, the city that got me the most curious is Tokyo so I voted for Tokyo.

If we go by the lowest probability to get shot dead upon arrival Tokyo still wins.

Never been to Paris or London, so between NY and Tokyo I'd say Tokyo. Although, I don't like big cities at all, and I've grown to really dislike Tokyo as a result. It makes me feel like a packed sardine. I do like Akiba though

Yeah Tokyo is a very average city compared to what else there is in Japan.

Still, probably better than the rest of the choices in this thread. Seoul is better though

Never been to Seoul myself, but I went to Busan though. That city was pretty cool too...

I need to visit that place!!!

I dunno if it's as good as Seoul, but I definitely got a lot of good food there.

I've been to New York and London. NYC is honestly kind of awful, not worth the trip at all IMO. London was nice and clean, much more fun to visit.

I've zero interest in visiting Paris. Tokyo would be a dream to visit. Other big cities that would be interesting for me to visit would include Rome & Cairo.

just what i believe. major western cities have less and less personality and are less unique by the year, and it's going to be more pronounced going forward. In 50 years Tokyo will still be unique and have it's own personality. I am not at all confident London, Paris or New York will

How can you say that? Paris is full of historic places connected to the french revolution. London has not only the buckingham palace but a whole street just for freemason lodges for example. Tokio is a nice city too for sure but just because they have anime shops doesnt make it better. Japanese people doesnt like foreigners at all. I dont know what in your mind is but dont think that japan is ANIME. Its not. And the people there just hate people outside of japan. And no, you would try to escape from tokio if you would live there just for a week. Its a difference to visit a city as a tourist and its a complete different story if you would have to live there. Its awfull.

Awww, don't be so afraid japanese people.

They're not  monsters.

Please visitcome to japan.

But I think Tokyo is overrated too.

I prefer European city to Tokyo.
