We also had people saying PS4 would be above last year (over 20m) while Switch would be flat (13m).

But no, lets just pretend like that never happened and everybody thought Switch would destroy PS4.

this is still a very real possibility.

Youre missing the point, its stupid to call out what a few people said and pretend likes its the general consensus.

The example JRPGfan used is possible as well.

Great sales. Switch 300K+ in a month with no major releases besides maybe Kirby. Well done.

It's great to see them all doing well.

Seeing as holiday period consoles can hit anywhere between 400k - 2 million a week getting fussed over this is hilarious

Well, Switch is not an unstoppable force.

Also, I think you are trying to put on a brave face because your latest game hasn't done so hot.

Dunno it climbed a mountain

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

I honestly remember tons of people on resetera saying switch would dominate, even mat said switch would take 40% of the market. this is a much smaller community, so i'm not sure, but honestly seemed like it was general consensus on resetera.

MLB the Show 18 wasn't even represented on Amazon and it came in 4th overall and 2nd in terms of revenue...how that happen?

Can't wait to see the actual numbers. I thought XB1 would barely edge out Switch for 2nd, but looks like I was wrong and it barely went the other way.

Only one person in the prediction thread didnt put ps4 on top so much for that consensus

I think every who pays attention to sales knew ps4 was gonna win, Feb and march have been following the same trend for 5 years.
