A Bowser origins story would be kind of cool.

Maybe a 2D Bowser of what he does while he waits for Mario to come to his castle lol

I'm sure Nintendo could make something cool starring Bowser based around how he played in Super Mario Odyssey.

You didn't really specify what type of game this would be. Did you have a platformer in mind? Would it be 2D or 3D?

I like this idea. Bowser is world-renowned and yet he's never really had his own game. Platformers tend to have agile characters that can move quickly, so Bowser doesn't seem like the best fit for that type of game, but maybe a beat 'em up of some sort.

I always wanted to know how Bowser is able to get to the castle before Mario does lol  He must have some secret tunnel that goes to the end of each castle and knows which castle Mario goes to lol (At least in the first game)

Made more sense in SMB3 where he had his kids in each castle lol

And the fact that he has kids, where's Mrs Bowser??  Why is Bowser Jr the only one that looks like Bowser?  I think Mrs Bowser cheated on him cause the other kids dont look like him lol

Yeah, I suppose. Something explaining his obsession with deposing the royal family and ruling the Mushroom Kingdom, as well as explaining why he hates the Mario bros so much. Maybe I’m thinking of something too deep for this IP lol 

While I'd love to see some sort of adventurous platformer where you can spin around in the shell and stuff, I'd see a strategy game happening, placing your minions around the kingdom (groups, castles, bosses) to stop "intruders" (Mario lol) from accessing the huge castle in the center of the map.

I'd rather have a Daisy spin-off, she deserves it.
