This is why the internet holds no value for discussion. Anyone can say any outrageous thing without even bothering to justify it.

Comey is no mess. His story has been and remained consistant since the beggining and theres witnesses, memos and possibly telephone calls taped to prove it.

The mess is Trump. He contradicts himself, lies and misleads people on a daily basis on his twitter feed alone.

So then where is all of it much less what is his "claimed" crime that Trump has committed ? If he even had so much as a damning inkling of evidence then Trump's presidency would be over in an instant but instead Comey has been all bark and no bite so far thus he is a mess just like most of Trump's detractors ... (that Tony Schwartz guy which was a ghost writer for his autobiography is wrong on so many levels is just another example)

In case u forgot, Trump fired him and now you are asking for Comey to deliver evidence even tho he doesnt have access to it? good luck with that. Btw dont pretend that you would change your mind anyway.

LOL, you lost whatever credibility you had in your last line ... (it's shit practice to accuse someone of partisanship when raising a point but I can see you're not interested in having a real discussion anyways)

In case you also forgot, Comey STILL hasn't raised a criminal case against Trump and he could still do it whether he is or isn't working for the FBI anymore but why is that ? Why is it that Comey can't provide anything useful to make a claim against Trump aside from the platitudes he keeps bringing up ? If Comey truly believed in himself that he actually had a case to bring against Trump then he wouldn't be pussying out so much with the specifics even with the lack of evidence because he knows he doesn't have any true crap ...

Trump fired the guy cuz he was being investigated by him,  that alone its a crime... where is your outrage?

Umm, No ?! LOL

Just admit that you don't give a shit about US politics and if your profile is true then all the more reason to admit your own ignorance ...

Both serve the people, and both are supposed to work together. One has power over the other though. The fact of the matter is that Trump is saying I didn't do it, and so far most of the "evidence" that's leaked out, some by Comey himself, is pretty weak. That's just what we know though.

Maybe Trump felt he needed to distance himself from Comey and some others to better serve the people of the country. Just because Trump is a much easier target in many ways, by no means is proof he's the one at fault.

A president is supposed to serve the people, yes. Same can be said for the FBI. But USA keep their branches of government separate for a good reason.

There is a high risk that "serving the people" can end up playing second fiddle to "looking out for myself" when someone personally ends up in the crosshairs of a criminal investigation. In those situations, there needs to be separation between the one's conducting the investigation, and the one being investigated.

You mean like how Comey doesn't give specific answers to "cover himself", instead of speaking more directly without saying anything he legally can't? Like how he decided to shut down the Clinton e-mail investigation, only to re-open it, and then basically let her off the hook completely? Seemed like lots of connections between Hillary's campaign/White House to Comey during her investigation. He made it clear he eventually thought bringing it back to light wouldn't matter because she was going to win anyway, so what if he knew she just may lose? Would that have changed his decision? Sure sounds like it.

People also tend to "look out for themselves" if they know their job/career is on the line. I'm sure the reason he tried to keep the e-mail scandal hush hush had nothing to do with "looking out for himself". The fact he says that it had to be let out to the public so "her win" would be completely legit is also telling, by making sure nothing could come back on him after "she won". Funny how Comey kept super detailed notes about all of his encounters with Trump, and only Trump, no other Presidents or Government members apparently, and yet didn't leak them until after he was fired. If Trump was so bad and breaking so many laws, why not do something asap? I mean, you were investigating him anyway right? If it was on record and taken account into the Russia investigation, then that would be in Mueller's possession now, so why leak it to the press? It's not like Comey had his citizenship revoked and was kicked out of the country.

The link you posted just shows how much you know, absolutely nothing ...

Russian Interference Investigation =/= Trump Investigation

Comey didn't say during his briefing (which was held EARLIER than his testimony and it means you have presented outdated information) that he was specifically investigating Trump ...

Just come clear out in the open with your true colours that YOU KNOW FUCK ALL about this case ...

The bolded cannot be said enough times ...

If Comey ACTUALLY had shit on Trump then he would've raised further details if possible on his end during his testimony at the congressional hearings ...
