SMHHH ,  War is not equal to dead, war also part of survival . It's not like War will end anything everything, If we talk casualties and sacrifice there is price for everything, blaming war for death is not the correct way.

Yeah i hope so.  Russia are not the same like in the past. Puttin might be good at leading their country but still without USR , Russia is not a big threat. Unless if Russia joint with CCP (china Communist Party ) LOL. But I am sure China also has another problem. But US has allies , like NATO and some in Middle East (Israel, Saudi ) and in South Pacific like Japan, Australia, Philippines and India. 

The entire West > China+Russia.
The West has the United Kingdom, Italy, France, United States, Canada, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, South Africa, India, Allot of Latin American, European, African and Asian countries would also back the Western ideal.

China might be able to give the USA a run for it's money, but it would still fall short of the developed world by a massively long shot.

you were already dead, for millions of years, will not dead  but didn't exist so i wouldn't hold out hope that death is not the end, it probably is.

I'm pretty sure when we were directly fighting one another in proxy wars like Korea and Vietnam we were a lot closer to WW3 than right now. This is all just posturing from Russia, which it should be noted is far weaker than it was back during the Cold War and has managed to alienate just about everyone at this point.

will you said that you would like to see war, which i think is crazy, but there many crazy people in this world.

"Main threat" doesn't mean only one. The doomsday clock also represents the point when we won't be able to do anything anymore about climate change, or ressource issues, or political issues...  A lot of factors are in critical conditions right now, so even if the war is the original factor you can't compare the actual doomsday time with the Cold War one. I understand what you're saying and it's maybe not wrong, but your methodology is wrong.
