It’s got great review scores no matter what, who cares where it ends up lol.
I don't think EDGE's 8 will drop gow to 94. Probably in the low 95 or worse somewhere between 94.5 - 94.9. Any more 100s from other reviewers should make it stay at 95.

What game of respective genre is supposedly not just better, but a whole tier above GoW. Certainly not any Souls game.

Isn't it ironic that because I'm not the sort of person to get overhyped I can comment honestly on how I feel about a game. I can join in for fun but I'll never invest in overhype, it's silly and dear I say it, childish.

You call it overhype like we are all sick for liking this absolute masterpiece of a game.
Its just yur opinion has nothing to do with " hype"
Don't take it too seriously, but I'm around 8 hours in and so far, at least for me, it doesn't feel like perfect 10 game. I know it's way too early to draw any conclusions, but in the same time I already loved TLOU or Witcher 3. Unless there's something really groundbreaking ahead of me, at this point it's 8.5/10.
