Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Ninja Theory we can donate $25K to Mental Health America if it sells Xbox One

I bought mine. Weeks ago, actually. I just can't play it until tomorrow. Maybe I can sneak a little play time in, tonight. Hope it's a success--but not because of the charity. It's a great game that I think a lot of people will appreciate

Around the Network

I’m tempted not to buy it until week 2 now. What in the actual fuck, lol.

Also the Scorpio backlog is real. This would just add to it.

Sorry little Jimmy, we can't afford to give you your medication anymore. People on Xbox didn't like you enough.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

That is such a petty way to do charity lol.

It's the smart way of doing charity I guess. If they fail to hit the target(s) they can just put the blame on Xbone owners.

If they want to use charity as part of their marketing strategy they should just make a donation right away, as thanks for good sales on PS4 or something, or have a certain amount from every copy sold go to charity. Doing it like this and essentially holding the charity hostage doesn't exactly make you look good.

This would have been a way better idea.

How is this even working? Like they're taking a cut of the revenue, or they already have this money stored that they'll determine how to spend depending on the sales?
