The ads have terrible placement on this site, always in the way of viewing material. Along with that they mess up how I view this site. Ad boxes tend to block areas such as "Hot Topics, "VGChartz Buddy", and are a real inconvenience when trying to view the site. Although, it is nice to know that I can look up a mattress on Amazon and have it follow me back here...

The forums never work correctly the first time I click on them. First time it shows one long string of characters and users. To fix this I have to find another page on a forum and click on it to regain normal page view. This one may just be my work, has anyone else experienced this?

I never used adblock, so I put up with them for quite a long time. They really are obnoxious. Being visible should suffice, but they started crossing over into obstructive territory a few months ago. Ads that follow you as you scroll the page, and cover content as they do so is a step too far. My advice is to become a supporter. The bronze tier is cheap, and it wipes out the ads.

I use Safari on my Mac with Ad Block Plus and see zero ads. Literally, zero.

Okay VGChartz, most of your community that commented said AdBlock. Do you see this as an issue? I'm supporting this site by not using adblock (I will not pay, I do not have to pay on anyother site) and your community says that it is so bad to either use adblock or become a supporter...

I can assure you that the mods and site admins are aware it's an issue, but unfortunately they don't have a say in that.
