Forums - Politics Discussion - Can the Rape Culture in the West be Reduced with Guns?

Well you were obviously offended on some level since you're still taking about something that happened almost 3 days ago and instantly replied with an implication that I was using "dirty tactics" somehow. You played the victim too much in that thread and then you came in here and got upset that you were referenced. It is not a good pattern to say the least.

Besides I don't think you endorsed rape, never said that.

We already have guns. So I'm not sure if more guns will solve the problem. I would say stricter rules with frats/sororities would be one option because colleges seem to have the biggest problem with rape in the U.S. I think U.S. has been really good, as of the last several year, dealing with rape as a whole, but we still have a ways to go.

But isn't that a natural reaction? I'm not still talking about this issue, this thread is ALSO in some way about rape, it's in the title. So I'm not returning with an old issue and I responded because you talked about me, even if that was ambiguous.

Also that stuff happened yesterday Sunday, not 3 days ago and you also reacted as if you had been offended when you posted and said that I use dirty tricks. If I may quickly respond to that, I did not use dirty tricks, you called me lazy for not responding to someone which is very unfair cause I literally spent hours responding to people in that thread, I chose not to respond to one for reasons that I explained, so there was no reason for you to call me lazy or intellectually lazy (sorry if I don't have the exact words but it's something around those lines). and I did not respond, only later did I make a reference to that and that's not dirty. I believe everyone has the right to respond and responding is not a dirty trick you see?

I hope clearing this up will help if nothing else at least ease whatever tensions there is between us.

And again thank you for understanding that I do not endorse rape. I think it's important that people realize that.

Agreed, more guns are definitely not the solution. Guns cause way too many deaths here and there, more guns would make this worse.

Also I don't think guns would reduce raping rates. Well if someone had statistics on rape and could compare places with lots of guns and places with less guns within a same country or continent, we could see at a glance if more guns mean less raping in any particular region.

A mere accusation of rape can ruin a man's life in the west and perpatraitors are looked at with disgust. So no there is no rape culture, it is an invention of the left and feminists. They push these lies to demonize men to create hatred and hostility towards men. The biggest haters of course are the lefty feminists themselves who hate on the basis of gender.

When was the original video posted? I can guarantee he would not get away with this stuff now.

Well what happen if the rapist brought a gun , and stick their Gun to the victim hole. Because we all know all men all caring their own gun

The growing popularity of porn is to blame for the rise in rape culture. Porn culture has lead to growth of Rape culture. Porn dehumanises women as being just objects, women are no longer regarded as humans because porn regards women as objects to satisfy men's desires. Behaviours and attitudes must change for a decrease in rape culture. More guns will only lead to more violent crimes committed by men.

There is no such thing as rape culture in the west, or any other civilized and democratic country. It is just a strong word created by some left wing feminists to attract attention. It is a crime that needs to be fighted by authorities and thats it. It is from the same people that think every man is a rapist in potential.
